Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed.  If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider.  Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that.  All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process.  Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs.  If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s).  The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.  For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

  1. Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
  2. Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
  3. The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
  4. Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number.  Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s).  Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

This versatile shape withstands time in the progression of surfer designs and constructions. A clean bottom, fast rockerline, and smooth rails combined with the swallowtail Fish profile allows it to ride loose, breaking free on the top of the lip, yet still responsive for a bottom turn drive that will get you there on time. You’ll get recreational level ease and stability from this smooth ride – a perfect board for us inlanders looking for wake slashing adaptability. Our longest running series is a true classic for the first lady of the waterway.

  • Performance: All Levels
  • Construction: Koal Classic - The building block to a surf constructed surfer wrapped in wood laminates for improved dampening.
  • Fin-S System: Ronix's tool-less fin attachment system makes it simple and fast to customize the fin setup to dial in the perfect performance.
  • Machined EVA Pad: The board includes front and rear traction pads with arch support and an extra tall tail kick for enhanced grip and leverage during maneuvers.
  • Lava Resin: A high temp resin built to withstand Mother Nature's extreme heat.
  • Extra Dampening + Durability: A term rarely said in surfing is suspension. Choppier water conditions, steeper wakes, foamy lips, or just want a smoother feel. It’s hard to beat the plush ride found in the Koal Classic with wood on the top and bottom. Extra Dampening + Added Durability - Even a softer ride with this added timber construction. The Element Core and Marsh “mellow” also makes for some of the strongest most durable series in our line.
  • Surf Shape: Toss some buckets with some smooth, linked turns inspired by your favorite saltwater surfer. Traditional surf shapes have a thicker profile and a mellower rail/bevel allowing a rider to pivot a turn more from their back foot and are best ridden with either a deeper fin, or multiple fins. Riders usually apply more pressure on the back half of the board and generate more force through a turn. Still very capable of doing tricks on and off the water – just with a fluid like feel.
