Shipping Timeline

ONE Boardshop knows that you want to get your items delivered as soon as possible and we will do all we can to ensure that your purchase is packaged and shipped within 24 hours of when your order was placed. If order was placed on a Friday, a weekend or holiday it will be shipped out the following business day.

Free Shipping

All orders over $99 prior to tax (except for items marked ‘Clearance’) will be shipped regular ground shipping free of charge to all Canadian Provinces.

For any orders under $99 the items will be shipped at rates posted and shipping method selected during checkout.

All items shipped regular post or regular 'ground' service will arrive approximately 3 to 5 business days within Western Canada and 5 to 7 business days for deliveries in Eastern Canada, from the time the items are picked up by the shipping provider. Please note that deliveries to rural or more remote communities may take longer.

Expedited Shipping

We get it, sometimes you just want your new gear to arrive as soon as possible and we have a solution for that. All orders do have the option of being shipped using an expedited shipping service which can be selected during the checkout process. Our checkout process will display the additional costs associated with any/all of the expedited shipping services available and you can then select the shipping method that best suits your needs. If any form of expedited shipping is selected all costs associated with the expedited service will be charged in addition to the cost of the items purchased.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance” will have a shipping charge applied in addition to the purchase price of the item(s). The shipping charge will be as per the rates posted during checkout.

Returns

ONE Boardshop is dedicated to making sure that each and every customer is happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, any unused product purchased from ONEBoardshop.com can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. For any items to be returned or exchanged must adhere to the following:

Item was purchased through ONEBoardshop.com
Your receipt of Purchase or Order Number must be included/provided.
The product is in its original/unused condition and the product has not been altered, worn or damaged.
Prior to returning an item please call 833-268-5233 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an Authorization (RA) number. Please note that all returned items must have an RA number issued or ONE Boardshop cannot accept your returned product.

If the item(s) returned have met all of the above criteria, the customer will receive a full refund for the item(s) purchased upon ONE Boardshop receiving the item(s). Any/all applicable shipping costs associated with the original purchase, exchange or return will not be reimbursed or refunded.

Featuring a finely balanced directional shape and high-powered construction, this custom-designed rocketship offers exceptional control, enabling riders to elevate their skills and navigate varying terrain and changing conditions with confidence.

This iconic CAPiTA series is packed with technology—integrating a Thermopolymer Hover Core™ with Carbon Fleece Power Shields™ and Carbonflax™ Amplifiers for a high-powered construction which allows for incredible control.

Camber: Alpine V1 Directional + Flat Kick Tech - The ALPINE V1 Profile design features mid-body camber with a flat tail and a reverse cambered nose. This allows for tons of pop and stability on hard pack while increasing float and landing power, improving the rider’s performance in deep snow. The camber runs longer in the tail—providing extra power for the ascent or for larger riders drawn to a dedicated wide series.
Core: Thermopolymer Hover Core™ - Enhanced with bonded post-consumer recycled Thermopolymer channels into ultra-lightweight select grain wood core strips, the THERMOPOLYMER HOVER Core™ is extremely light and strong with excellent dampening properties.
Base: Hyperdrive™ ADV XT Base - Custom formulated and exclusive to The MotherShip, our engineers have worked tirelessly with the world's leading polyethylene running base supplier to create HYPERDRIVE™. With exceptional anti-friction properties due to high molecular mass and specialized processing aids, this sintered material has a proprietary composition and is beyond fast. Our loyal fans charge hard, and we have integrated the fastest, meanest base available. We have increased the thickness of our XT bases for enhanced durability.
Base Tech: Moonshot Omni-Tune™ - The MOONSHOT OMNI-TUNE™ is an aftermarket high-performance race-base structure that wicks water from your base at a 45-degree angle making these boards fast as f*#k to the lift line or to the finish line.
Laminates: Holysheet™ Tri/Bi + Magic Bean™ Resin - HOLYSHEET™ Fiberglass configuration features fiber weaves with a high tensile strength and low modulus of elasticity. With a higher roving count in the same weight of glass, you can have a stronger and more responsive board without adding extra weight.
Topsheet: PLT Technology - PLT™ technology is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG and magically bonds the topsheet to an already pressed snowboard.
Additives: Carbon Fleece Power Shield™ - With two Carbon Fleece power pads underfoot, maximum thrusting power is achieved for ollies and stability under varied-terrain while torsional forgiveness allows for ease of command while in battle.
